Credentials and Partner Designations

RIPEDA Consulting Corporation possesses the following partner designations, certifications, and trainings. The list reflects both company-level authorisations earned through formal partner programs and individual certifications carried by RIPEDA team members.

Apple program designations

• Apple Technical Partner (since 2012). Apple's designation for consultancies meeting Apple's standards for ongoing Apple-platform delivery work.
• Apple Authorized Reseller. Authorised by Apple to procure and resell Apple hardware to business clients.
• Apple Authorized Service Provider. Authorised by Apple to perform warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on Apple hardware using genuine Apple parts and Apple-defined procedures.

Network and infrastructure partnerships

• Fortinet Partner. Authorised Fortinet partner, certified to design, deploy, and support the FortiGate and broader Fortinet security and network platform.
• Ruckus Networks Premium Partner. Ruckus Premium Partner, certified to design and deploy Ruckus wireless and switching infrastructure.

Data recovery

• DriveSavers Reseller Agent. Authorised DriveSavers reseller, providing clients access to professional data recovery services at reseller-discounted pricing.

Team-held certifications and trainings

The following certifications and qualifications are carried by individual RIPEDA team members and form part of the company's collective technical capability.

• BSc in Electrical Engineering, University of Calgary.
• Apple Certified Support Professional. Apple-issued certification covering macOS administration and end-user support.
• Apple Certified Repair Technician (ACRT). Apple-issued certification for performing hands-on warranty and out-of-warranty repairs on Apple hardware using genuine Apple parts and Apple-defined procedures.
• Fortinet Network Security Expert. Fortinet's senior-level certification in network-security architecture and design.
• Dante Certification, Level 1 and Level 2. Audinate Dante audio-over-IP networking certifications.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB). Process-improvement and operational-excellence certification.

These designations and certifications are renewed on the schedule each program requires. They reflect the investment in being the kind of partner that can do the work properly rather than approximate it.
